It was just one of those days. It poured! Even with an umbrella, you could just not stay dry. I think we had over an inch of rain! After work I stepped across Pennsylvania Ave at 10th St and saw a huge puddle, so ofcourse I waited for something big to go through it! This is the photo I got. I love the splash the bus made.
