
Tonight, I learned how to make one of my favorite thai dishes - Red Curry with Chicken. The curry 'sauce' was made with coconut milk (lite ofcourse), red curry paste, oil, lime juice and black pepper. On the side, I bought a coconut curry and onion flavored rice and roasted some asparagus. I didnt think about photographing it until I sat down to eat it. My presentation could have been nicer - I'll know for next time!
So, who wants to come over for dinner sometime?
